**Important Patient Update 07/05/19**
We are pleased to say that power has now been restored to the surgery and the team are working hard to resume services as normal. Thank you to all our patients for their patience.
We are currently experiencing a power cut at the surgery today -Tuesday 7 May. The issue has been reported to our electricity company and we are waiting for an engineer to arrive. If you have a pre-booked appointment, please attend the surgery as planned.
Unfortunately, we are unable to book any new appointments today until our power is restored - if you need urgent healthcare or advice, please call NHS 111, or in an emergency dial 999.
We apologise for any inconvenience and as soon as we have power, we will place an additional update on our website and hope that services will resume back to normal shortly.
Thank you for your patience.

Patient Online Access - Statement of Intent
The practices statement of intent in regards of the contractual requirement to offer online access to a summary of their medical record to patients is to be found in the documents section.
Friends and Family Test
The FFT has arrived in Primary Care. We have at least three ways you can answer this simple survey. Either in writing in the surgery, using an iPad application located in our "Health Booth" or using the online link from the FFT page on this site.
For your convenience we have placed copies of the two travel immunisations "essential information" forms in the documents area. Please print and complete both forms and return to the surgery in good time to receive a course of immunisations before you travel. We recommend at least 12 weeks beforehand. Complete a pair of forms for each traveller requiring immunisation. You will also need to book a 20 minute initial consultation with a practice nurse.
